Specifics

Spacious one-level 4 Bedroom 3 Bath home on private and secluded half-acre lot overlooking beautiful Ocean Point golf course. You are steps away from the 6th tee box and a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach access. Hardwood floors throughout and tastefully decorated. Stocked kitchen with all cooking necessities. Air conditioned sunroom with spectacular views of the half-acre property and golf course. The home is also equipped with a quiet office space perfect for working remotely if needed.

Amenity Information

Amenity cards range from $39 to $55 each depending on the time of your visit. Anyone over the age of 13 will need an amenity card. Amenity cards ARE ONLY REQUIRED if you are planning on using the amenities. Amenity cards gain access to the pools, restaurants, golf/tennis and marina excursions. Fripp has so much to offer even without amenity cards. If you do not have an amenity card but would still like to rent an additional golf cart OR bicycles you can now rent these directly from Fripp Island excurisions located at the front of the island or by calling 843-838-1518. Beaufort Carts also will deliver a rental cart 843-441-9968.

Home Details

Kitchen: Fully equipped, (Keurig, percolator, and standard drip coffee makers) dishes and flatware, pancake griddle, CrockPot, microwave, many additional items provided for the baking enthusiast.

Outdoors: Gas grill, deck under Edison lights, dining table with chairs and glass gas fire pit, private yard with hammock, outdoor shower, fully fenced courtyard.

Primary Bedroom/Bathroom: Primary Suite with king bed, side office area with monitors, cables, Epson color printer and 2 hardwired ethernet cables, large primary bathroom with oversized jacuzzi tub and separate steam shower, and if necessary, 2 full size twin roll-a-way beds for extra guests (located in master closet).

Second Primary Bedroom: 2 queen beds with private spacious remodeled bathroom, walk-in glass shower.

Third Bedroom: 2 queen beds.

Optional Courtyard King Sleeper: Quiet air conditioned King bedroom (no attached bath) Very comfortable (available by request).

Trundle bed available AND 2 full size twin roll-a-way beds (Trundle sits in the corner of the great room) (roll-a-ways stored in closet).

Entertainment: 6-seater electric golf cart, gas outdoor fire pit, 75" smart TV in the living area with 2 more TVs, new electric fireplace in living room, beach toys, Shibumi beach shade, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagon, corn hole, WiFi 500 Mbps, adult bicycles, fishing poles, DVD movies, games, library, beach puzzles, large homemade ice cream machine.

Baby Items: Pack-n-Play bed available, high chair, miscellaneous toddler toys.

Other: Laundry room, additional refrigerator for extra beverage storage, enclosed garage, gated courtyard, front porch with lighting, shaded driveway, vaulted ceilings, two separate air conditioning units, Fripp Island welcome bag with bottle of chilled Prosecco. “Our stay at Sand Dollar Court was outstanding. We enjoyed the location and neighborhood, the sunroom and deck with a table w gas fire in the middle, a well-outfitted kitchen, comfy beds and linens and the responsiveness of Amy and Lee Ann.

We had deer and squirrels in the yard daily, a great treat. Other wildlife sightings on Fripp were an alligator, bald eagles, a hawk, dolphin and shore birds. The beach is a short walk or golf cart ride. We are eager to return to Sand Dollar Court. Great visit!”

Every little detail is thought through. Check-in was flawless and the house was immaculately clean. The [extremely detailed and helpful] welcome email somehow managed to get caught in my spam folder and I had to email Amy a couple of times with questions. She was unfailingly kind and helpful, responding promptly and with grace, never letting on that I already had all that info! Boy, did I feel silly when I checked the spam folder a few days into our stay. Fripp is a magical place. Sand Dollar Court is a magical house in a magical place. We can’t wait to be back!”

Suggested activities - sunrise on Porpoise Drive; Sunset at the end of Tarpon Blvd; Driftwood Beach on Hunting Island; Wrenn's in downtown Beaufort for lunch; walk the riverfront there church service at the Beach Club. The sunroom was a plus! We enjoyed sitting out there in the mornings and evenings and overlooking the golf course and seeing the deer and raccoons. The property was located very close to beach access paths - and having the 6 person golf cart was a huge help in getting our large group to and from the beach each day.
