Specifics

Spacious one-level 3 Bedroom 3 Bath home on private and secluded half-acre lot overlooking beautiful Ocean Point golf course. You are steps away from the 6th tee box and a 5-minute walk to the nearest beach access. Hardwood floors throughout and tastefully decorated. Stocked kitchen with all cooking necessities. Air conditioned sunroom with spectacular views of the half-acre property and golf course. The home is also equipped with a quiet office space perfect for working remotely if needed.

We encourage all renters to stop at the grocery store in Beaufort to get supplies that you will need for your stay. We prefer to stop at Publix or Walmart on Highway 21. A starter pack of detergents will be provided but please plan to have these on hand. Other supplies you will need include paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper, soaps, food and beverages.

Amenity Information

Amenity cards range from $35 to $50 each depending on the time of your visit. Anyone over the age of 13 will need an amenity card. Amenity cards ARE ONLY REQUIRED if you are planning on using the amenities. Amenity cards gain access to the pools, restaurants, golf/tennis and marina excursions. Fripp has so much to offer even without amenity cards. If you do not have an amenity card but would still like to rent an additional golf cart, please check out We See Um Rentals or Seeside Scoot Coupes for two-seater buggies.

Home Details

Kitchen: Fully equipped, standard drip coffee makers, dishes and flatware, pancake griddle, microwave, many additional items provided for the baking enthusiast. (No Keurig)

Outdoors: Gas grill, deck under Edison lights, dining table with chairs and glass gas fire pit, private yard with hammock, outdoor shower, fully fenced courtyard.

Primary Bedroom/Bathroom: Primary Suite with king bed, side office area with monitor, cables, printer and 2 hardwired ethernet cables, large primary bathroom with oversized jacuzzi tub and separate steam shower, and if necessary, 2 full size twin roll-a-way beds for extra guests.

Second Primary Bedroom: 2 queen beds with private spacious remodeled bathroom, walk-in glass shower.

Third Bedroom: 2 queen beds.

Optional Courtyard King Sleeper: Quiet air conditioned King bedroom (no attached bath) Very comfortable (available by request).

Trundle bed available AND 2 full size twin roll-a-way beds (Trundle sits in the corner of the great room) (roll-a-ways stored in closet).

Entertainment: 6-seater electric golf cart, gas outdoor fire pit, 75" smart TV in the living area with 2 more TVs, beach toys, Shibumi beach shade, beach chairs/umbrellas, beach wagon, corn hole, WiFi 500 Mbps, adult bicycles, fishing poles, DVD movies, games, library, beach puzzles, large homemade ice cream machine.

Baby Items: Pack-n-Play bed available, small high chair, miscellaneous toddler toys.

Other: Laundry room, ADDITIONAL refrigerator for extra beverage storage, enclosed garage, gated courtyard, front porch with lighting, shaded driveway, vaulted ceilings, two separate air conditioning units, brand new linens, Fripp Island welcome bag with bottle of chilled Prosecco. Indoor fireplace is not to be used by guests.

We had deer and squirrels in the yard daily, a great treat. Other wildlife sightings on Fripp were an alligator, bald eagles, a hawk, dolphin and shore birds. The beach is a short walk or golf cart ride. We are eager to return to Sand Dollar Court. Great visit!”
